Supervisory authorities

Pursuant to Art. 61 OPA, the seven cantonal and regional supervisory authorities are subject to OPSC oversight. The OPSC ensures the legal compliance and consistency of their supervisory practices. To this end, it may issue directives and communications, and carry out inspections.

The OPSC issues directives and communications to ensure legally compliant and consistent supervisory practices among the supervisory authorities (available in French, German and Italian).
